In this role, you will drive category growth, customer acquisition, and business impact through data-led decisions, B2C campaigns, and vendor partnerships. You’ll functionally work cross to unlock new opportunities in a competitive market landscape. Responsibilities We Entrust You With -Devise B2C integrated marketing campaigns intending to acquire and retain customers.Managing and driving the growth of the category business: Lead launches, build and execute on a strategic plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the category on the Marketplace.Manage the buying procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of the campaigns. Work with vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the current business and future opportunities and publish recommendations and action plans based on data.To create a monthly plan against your target and monitor these for actual. To work with stakeholders for end-to-end execution of monetization media plan, including ad serving, reports, etc.Understand the online and offline players. Ensure the selection stays well ahead of the competition.Partner with the leadership team in creating growth opportunities, identifying white spaces, newer segments, and potential partnership opportunities in alignment with the market landscape and customer insights. What Matters in This Role - Experience and Portfolio:3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in e-commerce, merchandising, and marketplace management Strong Sales acumen and expertise in managing marketing campaigns. Expertise in defining and executing go-to-market strategies. Communication & Ownership:Strong communication skills – verbal and written & interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling customer-focused communication.
