(This is for a RevPilots client)Our client is seeking a Superstar (or aspiring one) to continue serving their expanding book of clients as a remote Account Manager / CSMKey traits we’re seeking:Client focused – responsive, curious, good listener, enjoy engaging with customersSales ability, this role requires upselling and cross selling as a main focusStrong work ethicProfessionally persistentPersonableAdaptablePrioritizationStrategicDriven, self-starterCoachableOrganizedEfficientTeam playerKey day-to-day responsibilities:Act as the go-to product expert for a dedicated portfolio of clients via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, phone and/or email to ensure they derive value from the client's platformOwn client relationships and client success by analyzing customer health and usage data to identify trends and opportunities to improve adoption and integrate feedbackOnboard new users and conduct training sessions tailored to the individual needs of the account and end-user using a consultative approachGo above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product education & adoptionManage full lifecycle of client relationships; including renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and event sponsorship opportunitiesCollaborate with designated Account Managers to strategize on account retention and growth opportunitiesLearn, comprehend, and demonstrate why and how each of our client types (and user personas) engage with our product and our dataSkills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a similar B2B Sales, AM or CSM roleBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePrior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detailProficiency with the Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems and software easilyInterest in the renewable energy marketCompensationSalary: $75,000-$90,000, | $125,000-145,000 OTE - DOELocation:Remote - USAWhy our client?:Great team, and fun, dynamic work environmentFlexible, fully remote companyDifferentiated, rapidly evolving product suiteClear strategic growth planCompetitive base compensationSignificant variable compensation plan401K plan with 3% company matching programHigh-growth renewable energy marketMedical and dental insurance coverage20 days paid vacation + time-based performance incentivesAnnual sales performance incentive tripOpportunity to make an impact and wear lots of hats with a rapidly growing company
