Be humble.DataGalaxy's Customer Experience team manages and develops a fast growing client portfolio, builds long-term relationships with decision-makers to maintain and grow DataGalaxy's presence.Our objective: Provide the absolute best service across all customer touch-points to increase customer general satisfaction and success with DataGalaxy.We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with the below mission and responsibilities :Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders within each account: understand their use cases, success metrics and monitor their project successCreate, drive and increase revenue within a dedicated accounts portfolioDevelop account management plan for upsell and retention strategyGenerate leads and chase qualified business opportunitiesSuggest innovative solutions to meet customer needsOwn the sales cycle from pipeline building to forecasting and deal-closingCoordinate customers testimonials and references to feed new business and sales processesRequirementsSignificant experience in an Account Management role selling SaaS solution with a customer-oriented approachProficiency in both French and EnglishBe a Deal-closerAbility to generate business leads for upsellProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot)Strong problem-solving and negotiation skillsExcellent ability to organise, prioritise, and streamline tasks through automation within portfolio managementDynamic, curious, creative and self-drivenStrong communication and interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal Business Development, Marketing, Pre-Sales, CSM, to win a dealBenefitsOffices in the heart of Lyon and ParisFlexible working hours ("forfait jour")Remote work at will & 2.70€ net per day worked from home2 weeks of working from anywhere 🌍Health insurance Apicil covering you and your familyMeal vouchers (Swile card of 9€/day)Public transport 50% reimbursement, 100% reimbursement for your bike subscriptionHoliday Bonus 🏝️Quarterly team events and seminarsAn attractive remuneration according to your performance and your potentialA real opportunity to join a French start-up that is a pioneer in its market 🚀
