The Account Manager will manage client accounts, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, driving effective client communication, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to support client success and achieve sales targets.RequirementDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience1–2 years of relevant working experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of ICT products and solutionsEquipped with strong communication, PR, strategic thinking, execution, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build dynamic relationships with key customers and internal teamsPersonal traits: positive, passionate, collaborative, simple, trustworthy, creative, and bravePleasant personality with a commendable work attitudeA self-starter who is proactive, committed, disciplined, energetic, and a strong team player with leadership qualitiesAble to perform under pressure in a challenging environmentResponsibilityServe as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholdersBuild and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customers, stakeholders, and principal partnersPrepare and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastsUnderstand and execute company, enterprise, and segment strategies to effectively penetrate and grow within assigned industriesClearly understand team and individual KPIsCollaborate with management to develop sales plans and execution strategiesCreate and maintain comprehensive account plans for all assigned accountsWork closely with management on all opportunities and ensure deals are registered in principal partner portalsConsistently update internal records and maintain accurate client dataOrganize internal review sessions for opportunity roadmaps, sales funnels, and ongoing developmentsStrengthen client relationships and enhance engagement through regular communicationKeep clients informed about the company’s latest offerings, solutions, and technology updatesManage assigned client accounts and identify sustainable business opportunitiesAct as a consultant to clients by understanding their challenges and offering solutionsCollaborate with internal teams (presales, product, marketing, solutions, channel partners, etc.) to support sales and marketing activitiesDrive opportunities to closure and seek management guidance when required
