JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition - Field Sales AccountDepartment / Organization - Sales / SCHURTER Supervisor - Sales ManagerDeputy - Sales ManagerJOB REQUIREMENTSEducation - Degree in electrical engineering or professional training in electronics or electrical engineeringAdditional qualification - Competent economical knowledgeJob experience - Experience in sales and marketing of electro-mechanical components or similar productsSpecial skills - Strong customer focus, intercultural know how, networking capabilities, innovation driven, flexibility, team player, ambitious.Languages - French, English.Key job functionsKPI'S per REGION· Establish strong relationship with customers and partnership with key accounts and distributors.· Coordinate sales activities with sales manager, marketing, inside sales and all relevant support functions.· Increase SCHURTER brand image - for all SBUs.· Achieve long term sustainable POS growth - for sales and customers.· Act as a role model for SCHURTER - in and outside the company.· Order intake/sales.· Gross margin in %· Growth rate by area/customer/SBU· Sales with new products· POS Sales· Customer projects/ NBOs· Innovation Inputs· Customer satisfaction index (CSI)Most important inputs· Group strategy and company planning documents.· Sales concept of Southern Europe· Market information/ benchmarks· Sales processes according to IMSMajor tasks·    Provide professional technical and commercial service to customers.·    Lead and push sales development in the territory - key focus on OEMs.·    Generate regularly new opportunities/ customer projects - assuring defined minimum NBO pipeline value.·    Define, establish, and maintain key account management - in coordination with sales manager. ·    Active networking with other regional sales teams, key accounts, distributors, and group companies·    Provide sales forecasts and marketing input for annual and mid-term planning.·    Apply strictly the sales processes and manage them with groupwide tools (CRM, BI, POS, Teams, Outlook)·    Assure professional sales follow-up process (leads, quotes, NBOs, payment reminders) and reporting (monthly)Major outputs·    Regular high number of customer visits p.a.·    Creation and conversion of New Business Opportunities (NBO’s).·    Close customer relationship with key accounts·    Innovation inputs based on customer feedback or general industry trends.·    Specific reports on Iberian market size, development, and competition·    Annual POS and POP sales growth·    General increase in customer transactions to PY - benchmarked with other regions/sales organisations.
