With teams in London and Sydney, we specialise in culturally driven storytelling, social search, and high-performing content grounded in data and insight.We’re hiring an Account Manager to step into an established role within our Client Services team, helping us maintain the high standard of delivery and client experience we’re known for.The RoleWe are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client relationships and ensure the smooth delivery of social-first campaigns, content programmes, and digital projects.You’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts - managing communication, leading briefs, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring outputs are delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy. Alongside client delivery, you’ll play an important role in spotting commercial opportunities, supporting retention, and guiding inbound leads through the early stages of the sales process.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying close to the work, and contributing to the wider commercial health of the agency.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & DeliveryLead day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring a consistent, proactive, and solutions-focused experienceManage the planning and delivery of content calendars, social campaigns, and paid activationsCoordinate cross-functional teams across Strategy, Creative, Production, Influencer and Paid MediaOwn project timelines, workflows, status documents, approvals and deliveryBrief creative teams, process client feedback, and ensure outputs maintain agency standardsPrepare meeting agendas, reports, recaps, and performance updatesEnsure all work aligns with client objectives, platform best practice, and our strategic directionCommercial Awareness & GrowthIdentify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and campaign extensions within existing accountsFlag emerging client needs and work with senior leadership to shape proposals or scopesContribute to client retention by strengthening relationships and anticipating potential risksAct as a first point of contact for inbound leads, providing a polished, informed introduction to the agencyQualify prospective clients, gather initial requirements, and guide them through the early sales funnelSupport the creation of proposals, estimates, and pitch materials where neededAbout YouYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring:Strong organisational and project-management skillsClear, confident communication (written and verbal)Experience delivering social or digital-first work (agency or brand-side)A strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and performance fundamentalsA commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and help nurture client relationshipsThe ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-moving environmentA detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-led approachProficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and ideally ClickUp/Notion or similar toolsA degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is useful but not essential.
