Our client base has grown exponentially, and we have extended our global footprint in over 100 countries. .Visit azeusconvene.com for more information.Responsibilities:Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer successManage approximately 20+ government accounts within the KSA regionActively reach out to clients and guide best practices for our softwareDevelop strong relationships with existing accounts in the regionGenerate Upsell. Generate Testimonial (Case Study, Video Testimonial, Reference Letter)Maintain complete, correct, and contemporary information in the PD (Organizations Page, Deals Page, People, Activities, and Notes)Conduct client onboarding and renewals as per the SOPSchedule high-level client feedback meetings with key stakeholders Complete upgrades for clients using older versions Ensure clients complete the Convene Subscription agreementDrive Change Management initiativesConduct Admin, Secretary, and Board Member training sessionsDeliver Refresher Session for all accountsDemonstrate the entire product, including existing and new features, and handle customization requestsPrioritize and attend to direct customer requests promptlyMitigate customer termination requests and focus on retentionEnsure no severe escalations from customersComplete all tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager and maintain attendance and productivity standardsCoordinate with internal teams such as Support, Finance, Deployment, Legal, etcAttend weekly/monthly meetings and report regularlyRecord all client interactions in the CRMQualifications:Background in SaaS or IT solutionsExperience in account management within the software industry is preferredFluent in both Arabic and EnglishBased in KSA or willing to relocate within the assigned region
