Are you a driven FMCG leader ready to shape and expand one of the most interesting FMCG brand in Saudi Arabia? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Traditional Trade channel, driving strategy and execution for a leading organisation.In this position, you will:Drive impact by shaping volume, distribution, visibility, and execution excellence across wholesale and grocery channels.Develop and lead a team of Wholesale Supervisors, with the opportunity to influence future team structure as the channel scales.Work directly with senior leadership, gaining exposure and influence the senior management while contributing to strategic initiatives across the business.RequirementsCandidates should bring:Minimum 8 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.Strong Traditional Trade background — wholesale and grocery channel experience is essential.Food and Beverage industry experience preferred.Arabic-speaking candidates only.Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships with key customers, and drive country level execution.
