This is a great opportunity for someone early in their digital media career who is eager to learn and grow within a client-facing role. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, loves digging into data, and enjoys ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll support the execution of digital campaigns, help build reports, and assist in maintaining strong client relationships.You’ll work closely with the Account Management team members and cross-functional departments to help bring campaigns to life, monitor performance, and ensure client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Setup & ExecutionSupport the end-to-end setup of digital campaigns,collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely campaign launches and smooth execution.Assist with QA and troubleshoot basic campaign issues as needed.Reporting & Performance MonitoringPull and compile campaign performance data from various platforms.Assist in the creation of weekly reports, post-campaign wrap-ups, and client presentationsHelp identify trends and surface insights to inform recommendations.Client SupportBe the main point of contact with client/agency on campaigns Proactively address client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retentionJoin client calls as needed and take notes to capture key action itemsHelp ensure deliverables are met and client expectations are managed.Maintain organized campaign documentation and timelines.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment across campaign needs.Help improve internal workflows and documentation.Requirements2-3 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or a related fieldComfortable working with campaign platforms, spreadsheets, and data.Basic understanding of YouTube and/or digital video platforms is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structureUnlimited PTO and flexible work arrangements.Opportunities for professional development and career growth
