The Parts Manager will oversee the efficient operation of the parts department by managing inventory levels, optimizing service parts availability, and implementing effective inventory control systems. They will ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and developing professional relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include ordering, stocking, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely availability of service parts for technicians and customers.QualificationsExperience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain stock accuracy and ensure availability of required partsProficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build positive client relationships and deliver outstanding supportKnowledge of Service Parts and automotive parts operations to support technicians and customers effectivelyStrong organizational and communication skillsManagement or leadership experience within the automotive industry is a plusFamiliarity with dealership software systems is an assetValid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Collingwood, ON
