Westwood provides interior architecture and design solutions for hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and public spaces. We create functional and aesthetically refined environments for our clients, covering the entire process end-to-end.Our clients mainly come from the HoReCa and corporate sectors, and we offer them true one-stop-shop solutions — from concept to execution. Your Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and expand key client relationships. This role includes high-level consultative activities and ensuring client satisfaction.Your main goal will be to build long-term, trust-based partnerships and deliver complex, premium solutions. Relying on your expertise, you will play an active role even in our most complex projects. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships within the international interior design and architecture community Acquire new clients through active prospecting within your dedicated sector Conduct complex sales: identify client needs, tailor and deliver solutions through close collaboration Manage time and tasks effectively: handle and prioritise multiple clients and projects simultaneously Collaborate closely with our project management, marketing, and procurement teams Contribute to market development by attending industry events, professional forums, and international design fairs Manage your sales pipeline: maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and continuously generate new opportunities Actively contribute and show proactivity in achieving targets set together with senior management What you bringUniversity degree — preferably in architecture, design, or engineering 3–5 years of complex B2B sales experience; having 1–2 years of experience in selling interior design or architectural services is an advantageStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Hungarian and English Experience in managing existing partnerships as well as acquiring new business opportunities Strategic mindset, dynamic and creative personality, and a solution-oriented approach Project management experience handling multiple simultaneous projects Confident use of CRM systems and a structured, process-oriented way of thinking Passion for design, interior architecture, and high-quality spaces — you don’t just like them, you understand their complexity Persistence, creativity, and the ability to find solutions in any situation Willingness to travel, including internationally Category B driver’s licence and confident driving experience Why join us?Inspiring, creative projects and a premium client portfolio Dynamic, agile team and a supportive work environment International challenges and continuous professional growth Stable background and long-term career opportunities in a growing market
