We create functional, aesthetically refined environments for our clients, covering the entire process end to end.Our clients primarily come from the HoReCa and corporate sectors, and we offer them a true one-stop solution—from concept through execution. Your RoleAs Business Development Manager, your role is to expand Westwood’s business portfolio by identifying and engaging new projects and market players. This is a key position in executing the company’s growth strategy, playing an active part in discovering new business opportunities and strengthening collaborations with existing partners. The successful candidate will build long-term, trust-based relationships and provide complex, premium solutions for our partners. With your outstanding expertise and guidance, you will successfully contribute to even the most complex projects. Key responsibilitiesAcquiring new clients: actively building relationships within the corporate (international and domestic companies) and HoReCa sectors – including hotels, restaurants, and hospitality venues Managing complex sales processes: identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and implementing strategic sales plans Building long-term partnerships: establishing and maintaining trusted, decision-maker level business relationships Time and task management: efficiently managing and prioritizing multiple clients and sales processes in parallel Team collaboration: working closely with project management, marketing, and procurement teams to achieve shared goals Market development: participating in industry events, professional forums, and international design exhibitions Pipeline management: keeping the CRM system up to date and continuously expanding and tracking sales opportunities Results orientation: actively contributing to achieving sales goals and KPIs defined with senior management, providing proactive growth suggestions What you bringHigher education degree – preferably in business, engineering, or architecture-related studies At least 3 years of B2B sales experience and a minimum of 1 year in selling interior design, architectural, or premium design products/services Strong advantage if you are familiar with the world of design and interior architecture and have several years of industry experience Proven track record in both managing existing client relationships and acquiring new business opportunities Strategic mindset combined with a dynamic, creative, and solution-oriented personality Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – both in Hungarian and English Project management experience handling multiple parallel projects Confident use of CRM systems and a structured, process-oriented approach Willingness to travel, including internationally Valid Category B driver’s license and confident driving skillsWhy join us?Inspiring, creative projects and a premium client base Dynamic, agile team and a supportive work environment International challenges and continuous professional growth A stable background and long-term career opportunities in a growing market
