Account Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer with a strong background in LC/TT operations, costing, financial reporting, taxation, and TDS. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles, as well as the ability to work independently. Prior experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor LC and TT transactions.Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.Prepare and analyze costing reports and assist in budget preparation.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting as per company and regulatory requirements.Handle tax and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to accounting standards.Support management with data and reports for decision-making.
