Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager who can manage dealer networks, achieve sales targets, and ensure strong market presence through effective planning and field execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan dealer activities, capture model/color-wise demand, schedule events, and submit monthly plans for approval.Circulate activity plans, budgets, and schemes to dealers and ensure proper execution with performance monitoring.Plan footfall-based activities, track sales and conversion trends, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with regular dealer visits.Capture monthly demand, review dealer fund limits, maintain minimum stock levels, and coordinate timely supply.Provide accurate order plans to logistics, follow up on LC openings, and ensure correct model/color delivery.Map dealer areas, classify clusters, manage influencers, and conduct regular field activities to boost sales reach.Conduct monthly dealer visits, check housekeeping/branding, provide product training, and ensure proper customer briefing and documentation.Assist dealers in timely LC/BG opening, provide weekly plans, analyze trends, and plan additional fund requirements for peak seasons.Follow up with dealers on LC/BG debtor lists, ensure timely collection, and submit daily collection reports where required.Visit markets and competitors to collect data on schemes, retail sales, and product feedback for reporting.Directly monitor sales, collections, and BTL marketing of the top three dealers and review performance weekly.Submit daily sales reports, visit reports, and SLR reports, and maintain follow-up registers and dealer performance sheets.Job SpecificationMinimum bachelor's degree in related fields.2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
