Account Officer (Mortgage)

The Account Officer for Mortgage's key responsibilities are as follows:1) Assists the Division Head/Group Head in the development of business goals/targets and corresponding marketing strategies to achieve sales volume for HomePlus Real Estate Loans and contribute to the overall profitability of the Bank by managing developer referred accounts.2) Maintains business relations with the assigned Developer and other channels and coordinates with them the housing loan procedures and requirements of prospective applicants.3) Supervises the activities of the Team which inclide account solicitation, evaluation, loan implementation, loan release and other related account management functions.4) Handles and monitors the performance of subordinates to ensure that assigned tasks are properly carried out.Job Qualifications: Educational BackgroundA graduate of any 4-year business courseProfessional ExperienceAt least 2-3 years experience in Consumer Loans - Real Estate LoansKnowledge and Skills RequiredGood communication skillsMarketing/Customer Relations Skills Planning and Organization DesignBusiness WritingFinancial AnalysisLoan Packaging & Documentation Analysis
