As the business continues to grow, they are now expanding their offshore team with a highly capable bookkeeping professional.This role is perfect for someone who is detail-obsessed, highly organised, and confident working across accounts payable, reconciliations, purchase orders, and Xero. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth financial workflows, and maintaining clean, accurate books that support smart decision-making.About the RoleYou will manage end-to-end accounts payable, maintain accurate financial records, process supplier payments, and ensure timely, error-free reconciliation across multiple accounts. The role also supports inventory tracking and month-end reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations for inventory, prepayments, accruals, and accounts payable.You’ll work closely with the finance and operations team in Australia, helping maintain financial accuracy and supporting weekly cash flow forecasts.
