(Civil Construction & General Contracting) and Falcon Camp Services Inc. (Turn-Key Camps & Catering). We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Prince George, BC.ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle for one or more corporate entitiesPrepare and process accounts receivable invoices (inter-company and third-party billings)Monitor AR activity and resolve discrepanciesAccounts payable; including data entry, supplier reconciliations, and payment processingComplete bank and credit card reconciliations, supplier account reconciliations, and inter-company account reconciliationsMaintain and track fixed assets; calculate and record amortization and depreciationPrepare and file GST, PST, payroll, and other tax remittances accurately and on timeProcess bi-weekly payrollSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including financial reportingPrepare year-end working papers for internal review and coordinate with external accountants to ensure timely completion of annual financial statementsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis to support job estimating and project trackingProvide general office administration and reception support as requiredQualificationsMinimum 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experienceExperience in construction, forestry, or industrial services preferredPost-secondary accounting education; CPA, CGA, or CA designation is an asset but not requiredStrong working knowledge of Sage Accounting software, Excel, and Office 365Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with team members across departments as neededWe appreciate the interest of all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
