Accountant (Crypto)

Location: Limassol, CyprusAbout the RoleBLK is a fast-growing company with a diversified portfolio across regulated and non-regulated businesses.As part of our ongoing expansion, we’re looking for an experienced Accountant to support our Crypto Pillar, which operates independently and focuses on OTC trading and B2B.This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting and control across international entities while collaborating closely with both finance and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Reporting● Maintain accurate accounting records and perform bookkeeping for international crypto and OTC entities.● Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).● Ensure completeness and accuracy of ledgers, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.● Support audits and financial reviews by preparing required reports and documentation.● ​​ Ensure accounting processes and financial reporting for digital asset activities align with internal control frameworks, AML/CTF requirements and applicable regulatory and audit standards. Management & Operational Finance● Prepare management accounts and performance reports for internal review.● Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking processes.● Manage daily bank and wallet reconciliations across multiple partners.● Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and intercompany balances.● Assist with reporting on trading volumes, revenue, and margin analysis.Treasury & Control● Execute and record daily and monthly settlements and payments.● Monitor liquidity positions and ensure sufficient funding across entities.● Maintain transparent and compliant documentation for all financial transactions.Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.● 5–7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within trading, fintech, or crypto environments.● Strong understanding of financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, and reconciliations.● Experience with digital asset accounting or OTC operations is an advantage.● Excellent command of English; Greek is a plus.● Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of BTMS or similar systems is an advantage.● Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.What We Offer● Competitive salary.● Career development and education opportunities.● Monthly EKO Miles Card & company-sponsored lunches.● Free parking, modern office, and a supportive team culture.How to ApplySend your CV to careers@blk-advisory.com by 5 December 2025.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
