The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring expenses, creating financial reports, and supporting audits to maintain accuracy and transparency in the company's financial operations. Qualifications Strong skills in financial management, budget preparation, and account reconciliationProficiency in using accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and audit processesExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plusPrevious experience in accounting, ideally in the education or real estate sector, is preferred
