Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle sea freight operations (A to Z) for import/export shipments.Coordinate booking receipt, documentation, shipment tracking, and release at destination.Submit compliance filings such as AMS, ISF, eManifest for USA and Canada shipments.Ensure timely and accurate data entry into global systems.Collaborate with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations. giving new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for teamComply with Company policyOther Tasks assigned by direct line report Job Requirement & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldProficiency in MS Office and logistics software; familiarity with systems is an advantage.Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.Hard-working, punctual and result-oriented person.3-5 years in sea freight operations (import/export)Experience with USA/EU trade lanesFamiliarity with AMS, ISF, e-Manifest filingsWorking knowledge of global logistics systems and KPI managementWorking Condition:Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMLunch Break: 12:00-1:00pmHoliday, in accordance with Ministry of Labor Announcement and codeLocation: Near By Camko roundabout, Phnom Penh Benefits:Accident InsuranceHealth InsuranceYear-end BonusAnnual trip and Annual PartyAnnual Health check Comply with Cambodia Labor Law
