Accountant

Humiclima Jamaica is part of an international group specializing in HVAC and industrial installations. We are expanding our operations in the Caribbean and are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Jamaica.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and fiscal obligations.Support payroll and HR-related administrative tasks.Collaborate with the head office and external auditors.Use of ERP systems for financial tracking and reporting (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision).RequirementsProven experience as an accountant in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is a strong plus.Experience or understanding of HR and payroll processes is desirable.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Strong organizational and communication skills.What We OfferA dynamic and stable work environment within an international company.Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
