Join us and be part of the digital transformation for yourself, and a better working world for all.Your Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in performing audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialize issuesCollaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses riskUnderstand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments as well as develop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the yearIdentify opportunities to standardize and optimize Assurance processes across a portfolio of clientsMonitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when neededLead by example and delegate work successfullyLead a team of Seniors and Associates and make sure the team delivers high-quality work on time and within the budget and as per EY methodologyConduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback and trainingUse technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service deliveryGenerate new business opportunitiesStay informed of general business/economic developments and their impact to the clientDevelop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externallySkills And Attributes For Successexcellent project management skillsability to quickly form strong working relationshipsa dedication to teamwork and leadership as well as integrity within a professional environmenteffective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skillsproject management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skillsability to build a positive work culture and live up to the EY valuesWhat We Look Fora qualified chartered accountant (ACCA or CPA) holding approximately 6-7 years of working experience.Experience as a senior auditor for a public accounting firm, or particular business/industry experience to meet special needs would be considered an assetKnowledge of International accounting and auditing standards (IFRS or UK GAAP)What We Offer YouAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
