Coordinate and confirm transportation logistics, ensuring smooth and timely transfers. Provide clear information and support to travelers, making sure they feel safe and guided from the very beginning of their journey. Maintain communication with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.What are we looking for? Previous experience in Customer Service. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems under pressure and work as part of a team. High School graduate (minimum).
