This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail and excellent accounting skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.Prepare invoices to schools when students pay their tuition fees.Reconcile accounts and manage bookkeeping using accounting software (e.g., Xero).Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-cutting initiatives.Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards.Coordinate with management on financial planning, cost control, and analysis.Prepare documentation for audits and tax reporting as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (experience with Australian businesses is highly regarded).Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home.What We OfferFixed contract schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday.Work-from-home flexibility.Supportive and collaborative international team.Competitive hourly rate based on experience.Opportunity to work with a reputable Australian company in the education and migration industry.How to ApplyPlease send your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience and availability to careers@ferguson4me.comApplication Close: 10th November 2025
