Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities such as maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, budgeting, and reconciling accounts. The role also involves analyzing financial data to determine trends, preparing reports, ensuring tax compliance, and collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making. The Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the organization's financial health and adherence to regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and financial analysisStrong skills in preparation of financial statements and reportingExperience with accounting software and general ledger managementAttention to detail, accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliationUnderstanding of tax compliance and regulationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProfessional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferredAt least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial toolsAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team membersExperience in the local market or similar roles is a plus
