Accountant with English (End to end)

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our Accounting Department in Bucharest. This role requires hands-on end-to-end accounting experience and a proactive approach to managing daily operations, reporting, and financial controls in a global organization.Key Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely booking of general accounting transactions in compliance with Group and local standardsPrepare and post quarterly closing entries, and ensure proper account reconciliations and justificationsMonitor and control bank reconciliation accounts, collaborating with Treasury and Business Units to resolve discrepanciesIntegrate and validate payroll data within SAP, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirementsSupport internal control activities and contribute to continuous process improvements across accounting operationsCooperate with tax departments to ensure accurate and compliant tax reportingProfile and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting2–3 years of professional experience in accounting or a related fieldExperience in a multinational or insurance environment is an assetStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographiesFluent in English (oral and written)Why Join Us:This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, international environment, where you will collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our financial processes.
