Process accounts payable and receivable following company and industry proceduresMonitor and record project costs, materials, subcontractor billing, and progress billingsAssist in preparing BIR forms (e.g., 2307, 2316, 2550M/Q, 1601C, 1702), and ensure correct and timely filingHandle withholding taxes, VAT computations, and compliance with Philippine tax lawsReconcile bank statements, supplier ledgers, and petty cashPrepare monthly financial reports, cost summaries, and budget tracking for construction projectsMaintain proper documentation of purchase orders, delivery receipts, job orders, and other project-related documentsAssist in month-end and year-end closingCoordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers for project accounting requirementsSupport auditors during internal and external auditsQualificationsBachelors Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related fieldAt least 2 years of relevant accounting experience (construction industry experience is a plus)Familiar with Philippine taxation, BIR processes, and government complianceKnowledge in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Philippine ERP systems is an advantageProficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial sheets)Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills and ability to work with project teams
