Job Description

The Field Auditor is responsible for conducting on-site audits and assessments at client or branch locations to ensure compliance with operational, financial, and regulatory standards. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. This position may involve frequent travel to various sites.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Review operational processes, financial records, inventory, and documentation to identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement.Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive audit reports, including findings and corrective action recommendations.Coordinate with branch or client personnel during audit activities to gather necessary information and validate data.Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on unresolved issues.Identify risks, potential discrepancies, and opportunities to strengthen internal controls.Ensure adherence to audit schedules and timelines.Communicate audit results professionally and provide guidance to improve operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing methods.Understanding of industry standards, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.Experience in field auditing, compliance, or related roles is an advantage.Skills And CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and audit-related tools.Willingness to travel frequently to conduct audits.
