Job Description

Qualifications & RequirementsPossess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certificate in LCCI or CAT is an added advantageMinimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or audit; experience in the oil palms, or plantation industry is an added advantageKnowledge of basic accounting principles and proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word) and accounting softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external partiesAble to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervisionGood time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet reporting deadlinesResponsibilitiesPrepare reconciliation for bank accounts, supplier, and general ledger accountsProcess supplier invoices, payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and sales invoices accurately and timelyAssist in data entry and processing of accounting documents for monthly account closing to meet reporting deadlinesMonitor and follow up on outstanding documents to ensure completeness of financial recordsLiaise with operations and both internal and external parties on accounting-related mattersWork closely with superiors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to timeClick here to download and print Job Application Form
