The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial documents in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring prompt payment of supplier invoices, maintaining strong internal controls in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and delivering reliable reporting and spend analysis to internal stakeholders.Your Responsibilities:Reconcile vendor statements to ensure timely and accurate payments; investigate and resolve any discrepanciesCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to exchange information and resolve issuesProcess invoices accurately and on timeRespond promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers and vendorsAssist with the month-end closing process for the Payables departmentAdhere to company policies, procedures, and internal controlsPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Payables Supervisor/ManagerSupervise stock counts for all retail shops and warehousesEnsure the accuracy of inventory records and process necessary adjustmentsOur proposition:Competitive remuneration packageAnnual bonus scheme 13th salaryAttractive benefits with comprehensive medical and life insurances and provident fundCompany telecom products with free mobile and internet lines and exclusive discounts for our services with maximum monthly total value of 130 euros Opportunity for a sustainable career and continuously building skills and expertise in a dynamic technology sectorHybrid workplace model Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field / CAT qualificationMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting roleStrong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and familiarity with IFRSsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and EnglishProficiency in MS OfficeExperience with SAP or a similar ERP system will be considered an advantageStrong multitasking and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented with good interpersonal skillsInterested to join a team of passionate professionals?
