Key Responsibilities;  Accurately receive, review, code, and process supplier invoices.Investigate and resolve any invoice or payment queries promptly and professionally.Set up and verify new supplier accounts, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records.Prepare and coordinate test payments when required.Manage multi-entity payment runs, reconciling cash books and ensuring sufficient funds are available.Post payments efficiently and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Process urgent payments and support the wider team during month-end close. Contribute to the implementation of new systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Successful candidates will have acquired commercial experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant, Purchase Ledger Assistant, Accounts Assistant or comparable position processing and paying supplier invoices, preferably within the real estate and property sector or construction sectors, preferred but not essential. In addition, you will have a degree in Accounting & Finance 2:1 and above or AAT Level 2 qualified and above with a friendly demeanour, good verbal and written communication skills.
