We offer a choice of services from over 65 of the country’s leading Internet Service Providers. Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk with hands-on inventory management experience to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across departments to ensure accurate financial and inventory records.Key ResponsibilityAccounts Payable:Responsible for full Creditors Book Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and verify receiving documents Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliersPrepare and process payments (checks, EFTs, FOREX)Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with company policiesAssist with month-end closing and accrualsAnd any other tasks requested by management Inventory ManagementCollaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to track inventory movementReconcile inventory receipts with invoices and purchase ordersMonitor stock levels and flag discrepanciesSupport cycle counts and physical inventory auditsAssist in maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP systemsRequirementsProven experience in accounts payable and inventory controlFamiliarity with accounting software (XERO, ERP etc)Strong Excel skills and attention to detailStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesDiploma in Accounting or equivalentAt least 3 years performing a similar rolePreferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems and inventory modulesKnowledge of supply chain or procurement processesAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesBenefitsMedical Aid company contribution Medical Insurance Company Contribution Corporate Gap Cover rates Discounted Internet Connectivity  Free Barista prepared coffee, breakfasts and snacks.  Employee Wellness Programme (ICAS).
