As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Sydney.Position OverviewThe AR and Collections Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer accounts by performing regular reconciliations between customer records, payments, and internal financial systems. This role involves investigating discrepancies, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate documentation to support financial integrity and customer satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for Investigating, analyzing, and resolving claims submitted by customers or clients. This role will ensure timely and accurate claim processing, effective communication with stakeholders.Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:Oversee AR Ledger, Manage Debt Collection, and Provide detailed debtor reporting and AnalysisIdentify, review and escalate accounts where requiredProvide insights and Drive AR Performance improvements by fostering a continuous improvement mindsetCreate and Maintain Customer Master Data records ensuring their accuracyComplete the Bank Reconciliation, Remittance Reconciliations and Allocation of Customer PaymentsTimely and accurate reconciliation of customer accounts, identifying any account issues and resolve accordingly by working with both Internal and External StakeholdersAssist with reconciling payments and process any adjustments or reallocations needed.Maintain and reconcile Chargeback Journal AccountEnd of Month Customer Statement GenerationAssist with Month-end reporting and closing.Claim Management – Entering, Investigating and Resolving a Large volume of Claims, by working with both internal and external stakeholders across a number of systems.Ad hoc Duties – Including Actioning Multiple High Volume Shared Inboxes, responding to Customer queries in a timely manner.Assist in preparing weekly and Monthly AR & Sales Reporting for both external & Internal StakeholdersAttend Customer meetings to discuss any account issues.ExperienceMinimum 3 years Previous Full Function AR Experience, in a High Volume Fast paced EnvironmentPrevious experience in Reconciling large complex data setsStrong Attention to Detail and Analytical SkillsProactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutionsAbility to Work well both in a team and AutonomouslyProficient in MS Office, Particularly ExcelExcellent Communication SkillsStrong Knowledge in debtor management and credit control fundamentalsProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, whilst managing competing deadlines.Experience in Oracle Fusion highly regardedYour role in leading our success drivers & representing our unique mindset:Lead us to be “RARELY SATISFIED”Make things better each day; “PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION”Use your knowledge of our consumer, understand that “DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE,”Deliver something great; “WINNING IS A TEAM SPORT”Be clear and honest, “COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT.”Explore SharkNinja On Our Social Channelshttps://www.linkedin.com/company/sharkninja-apac/mycompany/https://www.linkedin.com/company/sharkninja-apac/jobs/
