What you’ll be doing:Resident billing & collections: Process weekly/monthly rental fees and quarterly utility charges.Financial accuracy: Handle receipting, bank reconciliations, and monthly account statements.Ledger integrity: Ensure revenue is coded correctly and bonds are refunded promptly.Problem-solving: Research outstanding accounts receivable issues and collaborate across departments to resolve them.Stakeholder liaison: Communicate with auditors, Centrelink, residents, and families.Continuous improvement: Test new systems, support special projects, and contribute ideas in team meetings.Team support: Cross-train with colleagues to provide holiday cover and end-of-month support.What makes you a great fit:You’re detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.You thrive in a collaborative team environment and treat colleagues with respect.You’re confident building relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.You bring technical know-how —experience with JDE financial systems (or similar) and Microsoft Office.You’re proactive about workplace health and safety, ensuring a safe environment for all.Who are we, and what's next?We're Talentpath - Nice To Meet You.
