Job Description: The Account Service Lead will assist in resolving cross-functional commercial issues, facilitate communication changes, and support adoption of new tools and processes. ASL will elevate the experience for the Account Teams with reviews & client preparations, orchestrating efforts and driving synergies across corporate functions, enabling Account Leadership to focus on client value and growthKey Responsibilities: monitor/control account’s commercial activities and communicate progress to Client Account Lead; financial tracking, reporting, setting-up/maintaining governance, orchestrate tasks of support teams, meeting facilitators etcQualifications: Bachelor’s degree – Business, Administration, Management, Finance or a related fieldExperience: +1 year experience in a supervisory position, well-versed with company toolingKnowledge & Skills Requirement: Strong coordination & communication skills, risk & issue management, compliance management, knowledge of power apps tool would be an advantage, ability to work in cross-functional environment, adapt to changes & flexibleLocations: MauritiusLanguages: Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate)
