You will be a part of a team of colleagues with diverse roles and backgrounds, each with their unique skills and experiences.What You Will DoAs Product Development Manager within our knitwear team at the Stockholm head office, you will contribute to the development of high-end quality collections for knitwear product category in line with company standards and business goals for quality, cost, sustainability and delivery.As Product Development Manager, You WillDrive the development of premium collections aligned with quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery goalsManage the end-to-end development processSource and research materials to meet design briefs and sustainability targetsAttend fittings and provide expert input on quality, fit, and constructionLead costing and margin analysis, supporting negotiation strategiesAllocate styles to suppliers based on capabilities, standards, and pricingMaintain accurate product data and BOMs in PLM systemsMonitor seasonal development budgets and ensure cost controlCollaborate closely with suppliers and conduct on-site visits as neededFoster strong cross-functional partnerships to meet product requirementsWho You AreYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
