As the creative and strategic force behind our product portfolio, you’ll shape the future of entertainment for millions of players around the world.You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle — from concept to release — driving innovation, quality, and differentiation in a competitive market. You’ll collaborate closely with talented teams in game design, art, math, tech, and commercial to deliver exceptional player experiences that stay true to our brand’s creative DNA.To be successful in this role at Thunderkick:Strategic Vision: You are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape, capable of setting and executing a strategic product vision.Communication: You have a talent for explaining complex matters to anyone and you approach people with respect and dignity.Collaborative Leadership: You are a collaborative person who can inspire and motivate cross-functional colleagues to deliver and perform at their best.Customer-Centric Approach: You have a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering products that meet and exceed the expectations from our B2B customers as well from our end-users.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the global product strategy across all slot titles.Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary product organization — game producers, designers, mathematicians, and product owners.Oversee the creative and commercial roadmap, ensuring balance between artistic innovation and business growth.Identify new opportunities in mechanics, themes, and features that push the boundaries of player engagement.Collaborate with leadership on company strategy, partnerships, and studio direction.Extensively play our games while in development - no rotten apples.About YouYou’re both a visionary and a doer. You combine deep understanding of slot game design and player psychology with strong business acumen.
