What You'll DoManage coaching schedules and monitor disciplineHandle internal coach issues and provide regular feedbackConduct one-on-one performance reviewsRemind and enforce SOP complianceMonitor class flow and ensure smooth operationsConduct training for new terms and newly onboarded coachesAct as liaison between the Curriculum Team and coachesSupport service and parent experience, including assisting coaches in handling complaintsManage the field senior coaches to ensure all coaches are on track in performance and disciplineRequirementsBachelor's degree (S1), previous experience in handling coaches in multiple centers/branchesMastery/high experience in swimming coachingGood with conflict and complaint handling and resolutionHigh self-discipline, and can create discipline among coaches as well (respected by the coaches)
