Join a team that values innovation and growth.DOO you have what it takes?What you’ll be working on:Job Summary:This position will play a key role in supporting daily operations, cross-department coordination, recruitment assistance, translation (CN–EN–ID), and project execution. This role also involves procurement support, vendor coordination, and various administrative tasks across Sales and Marketing.Key Responsibilities:Support daily operational tasks and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Assist in headhunting and onboarding new sales team members, including identifying potential team leaders and expanding the Indonesian DF sales team. Handle translations (Chinese–Indonesian–English, written and verbal) to support internal communication and document understanding. Assist in the execution of cross-department projects and provide support in planning and implementation stages. Support procurement and office management tasks related to Sales and Marketing. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project-related requirements. Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support as assigned. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred (written and verbal) to support internal communication. 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or cross-functional coordination (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
