The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and diary management, handling correspondence, and supporting executives with their daily activities. Additionally, the role requires assisting with clerical duties, coordinating meetings, and providing organizational support to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsStrong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to support senior-level staff effectively.Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders.Experience in Diary Management and scheduling, with excellent organizational abilities.Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining office systems.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality.Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
