Our commitment to authenticity and collaboration ensures we remain a powerhouse of growth, innovation, and measurable results for every client we serve.Who We Are Looking ForClever Digital Marketing is looking for a performance-minded Ad Creative Video Editor with strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills to join our creative team. This role focuses on producing high-performing short-form ad creatives and motion graphics for paid social and display campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience editing performance-driven ads, understands what makes a viewer stop scrolling, and is curious about emerging AI tools that enhance creative production.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:Edit and produce high-performing short-form ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Display using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related Adobe Creative Cloud toolsDevelop thumb-stopping creatives optimized for engagement, lead generation, and conversion.Translate creative performance data (CTR, hook rate, watch time) into actionable editing improvements.Collaborate with Media Buyers and other creative stakeholders to refine ad concepts and ensure our content remains aligned with performance goals.Lead the post-production process from initial edit to final delivery, including cutting footage, adding music and sound effects, colour grading, and implementing motion graphicsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine video concepts that align with our advertisement strategies and conversion goalsUtilize B-roll footage, sound design, captions, and other advanced editing techniques to enhance storytelling and viewer retentionUtilize emerging AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Luma Labs, Google Veo, ElevenLabs, Sora) to improve creative storytelling and workflow efficiency.Ensure all video content is produced within deadlines and meets our quality standardsExport video projects in required formats and resolutions, ensuring they meet quality standards before final submissionFrom time to time, develop long-form content for internal and external resourcesSkills, Knowledge And ExpertiseQualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working in a performance marketing agencyMinimum of 3 years of proven experience in creating high-performing ad creatives for lead-generation campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud Apps3 years of proven experience in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and related plug-ins and programsStrong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives in diverse formats for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and InstagramStrong experience with motion graphics and visual effects softwareProficient in colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and other post-production processesExperience collaborating with media buyers and strategists to refine creative briefs and iterate on ad performance testingAbility to produce high-quality ad creatives under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environmentBenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation that includes a clear bonus/OTE structure.Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, with the option to collaborate in person at our beautiful Vaughan office whenever you need a change of pace.15 vacation days + 6 paid sick daysComprehensive group benefits, including health, dental, and more, to support your well-being.An incredible team and culture.
