Development, implementation, and execution of global SHE strategies in line with the company vision, ESG goals, and local conditions Definition and further development of SHE standards, processes, and targets Leadership, further development, and close collaboration with global SHE teams and regional SHE organisations, exchange of best practices, and integration of global SHE standards into local work processes.

Building a global SHE culture with a focus on prevention, ownership, and continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international regulations and standards Design and implementation of global awareness campaigns and training programs Establishment of effective SHE reporting and regular communication with internal and external stakeholdersYour Profile:

Degree in safety engineering, environmental sciences, engineering, or similar In-depth knowledge of national and international SHE standards and legal regulations Several years of management experience, especially in international teams At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a global company in the chemical or plastics industry Expert knowledge of emission control, waste law, hazardous substances law, occupational health and safety In-depth knowledge of national and international SHE standards and legal regulations Confident use of MS Office products and eANV Very good German and English skills For more information, please contact Luke Fines: luke. fines@adaptivelifescience.
