We seek an Additive Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, process development, and qualification of additively-manufactured rocket hardware.The RoleDevelop, qualify, and produce additive-manufactured (AM) metal parts for propulsion, structures, and subsystemsOptimize AM designs: design for additive manufacturing (DfAM), thermal-mechanical analysis, post-process workflows, non-destructive inspection, and certificationCollaborate with materials, structures, manufacturing, and design teams to reduce cost, lead time, and improve performanceSet process controls, parameter development, build-book documentation, qualification plans, and manufacturing readinessDrive iterative improvements, material science evaluations, cost-down strategies, and supply-chain integrationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering2+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing, preferably in aerospace, defense, or complex systems manufacturingExperience with DfAM, CAD/CAE, thermal/structural analysis, post-processing, inspection, and qualification workflowsFamiliarity with powder-bed fusion, directed-energy deposition, hot isostatic pressing (HIP), heat treatments, and AM part certificationExcellent teamwork, documentation, and process-improvement mindsetBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityWellness Resources
