An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficient and effective administrator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to support the work of our Human Resources Department.Providing a friendly, professional and efficient customer service is at the forefront of our team, you will act as the first point of contact for general telephone and email enquiries directed to the Employee Relations team.We are looking for someone with the ability and confidence to use their own initiative and prioritise tasks. The post holder must possess excellent communication skills and relevant administrative experience, must be flexible and have attention to detail. You will also need to be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office packages and able to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Important Notice on Visa Sponsorship EligibilityPlease note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship this role is unfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Health and Care Worker| Skilled Worker visa route. This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £41,000 per annum and/or the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity and encourage applications from candidates who already have the right to work in the UK.Act as the first point of contact for general telephone and email enquiries to the department, providing basic advice on terms and conditions of employment and staff entitlements.Support members of the Employee Relations team — under the supervision of the Senior HR Advisor — in responding to queries from managers and staff regarding annual leave entitlements, terms and conditions of service, and policy interpretation.Carry out a full range of administrative tasks including scanning, typing, filing, photocopying, arranging meetings, minute-taking, handling telephone messages, and other duties as required.Assist senior team members with HR projects and initiatives by providing administrative support as needed.We hold a unique position in the Stockport community as the provider of healthcare and we are one of its largest employers.We believe that the best organisations are those that reflect the communities they serve.
