This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls, greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanourManage daily mail Monitor office email and calendarSchedule and coordinate appointments and meetingsLiaise with ATO and other government bodiesLodgement of tax returnsAssist in preparing client correspondence and documentationMaintain client records and ensure data accuracyManage debtorsSupport the accounting team and Administration Manager with various administrative tasksThis is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.About YouYou are a proactive and dependable individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
