We are looking for a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Administration Executive to join our team at the PIL Ghana office in Tema.This multifaceted role includes reception duties and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing procurement processes, maintaining efficient office operations, and serving as the first point of contact at the front desk.Key Responsibilities Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee contracts. Ensure supplier compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly. Handle purchase orders, maintain stock levels, ensure timely deliveries, and generate procurement reports to support process improvements. Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate meetings and travel, and liaise with vendors for maintenance and logistics. Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, managing calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining security protocols and visitor logs.Must Have Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement and office administration. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
