Role Description The Bilingual Front Desk Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra. This position involves managing the front desk operations, including welcoming guests, handling reservations, and addressing customer inquiries. The role requires a professional demeanor in providing top-quality customer service, answering phone calls, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The Executive will work to maintain smooth day-to-day front desk processes while collaborating with other hotel departments as required. Qualifications 1st degree in French or other foreign languages Strong Customer Service, Receptionist Duties, and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent Communication and Phone Etiquette abilitiesProfessional demeanor and ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficientlyBilingual proficiency required, with fluency in English and at least one additional language being an assetPrior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar front-desk role is preferredBasic computer literacy and familiarity with booking or reservation systemsAdaptability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude under pressureprior work experience in PMS OPERA is required
