You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram.Job DescriptionProvides support to the practice including client services duties (including personnel that provide general correspondence and general admin) as below:Data maintenance (including monitor staff onboarding and offboarding) for the relevant systemsDrafting of application documents and immigration applications in the relevant online portals and platformsCollate and return documents to clientsPrint and compile documents for submission to authoritiesSubmit documents to authorities (tax and immigration)Scan documents received from client and authoritiesPerform support functions for the manager e.g. billing activities, debtors follow up, routine risk checks, charge code creation and maintenance, net investment management, client events such as seminar, webinarTrack the status of correspondences received from the authoritiesSupport compliance status updates (track and monitor updates)Maintain master client listing, fee information and contact detailsOther tasks that the group deems fitYou Will Need To Display The FollowingAbility to effectively prioritize, excellent organization and administrative abilityAbility to work independently, multi-task, use initiative and to work well in meeting deadlinesThe flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time-to-timeWillingness to travel for workMust possess own transportation for day-to-day client related workQualificationsMinimum Degree Required: Diploma/Bachelors - any backgroundYears of Experience: Fresh Graduate or 0-3 years of experienceLocation: Penang - MalayasiaAdditional InformationWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.
