Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. This position requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications across multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and other confidential documentation.Coordinate Board meetings, including logistics, follow-ups, and distribution of materials.Ensure timely communication and follow-through on Board decisions and directives.Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.Provide general administrative support and assist in special projects as required.RequirementsMinimum Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management/Board members.Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
