Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will support our office and operations team with scheduling, documentation, communication, and general organizational tasks. This role is essential to keeping the company running smoothly and ensuring internal and external communication is prompt and accurate.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.Support purchasing, sales, and operations teams with data entry, order updates, and communication.Maintain internal records, spreadsheets, and inventory-related documents.Prepare reports, invoices, and basic correspondence as needed.Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized.Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding deliveries, driver paperwork, and customer pickups.Assist with onboarding processes, HR documents, and updating employee files.Help maintain compliance documents, such as HACCP and food safety records.Support management with any special projects or operational tasks.
